By accessing or using ShopLinko ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ShopLinko is a platform that connects three types of users:

  • Customers: Discover and review local shops
  • Shopkeepers: Register shops, manage inventory, request quotes
  • Sellers: List products, respond to quotes, grow business

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform

5. Shopkeeper Responsibilities

As a shopkeeper, you agree that:

  • All shop information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
  • You have the authority to register the business
  • You will respond to seller quotes in a timely manner
  • You will honor accepted quotes and transactions

6. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree that:

  • All product listings are accurate and available
  • You will respond to RFQs in a timely manner
  • You will honor accepted quotes and fulfill orders

7. Reviews and Content

Users may submit reviews and other content. By submitting content, you grant ShopLinko a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content. You agree not to submit defamatory, offensive, or false reviews.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShopLinko and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

ShopLinko is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law
